REFUND POLICY
Once bookings are acknowledged and are paid in full, there are no refunds.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances like hospitalisation due to sickness or accident preventing your attendance you can rebook a later date and time.
Proof of hospitalisation or unforeseen circumstances will be required to obtain such a refund.
A 5% refund fee will be applicable at the time to cover bank fees and other associated costs.
